If you wish to register for training, please print out and fill in the registration form and then fax it to 012 636 55 45 or, by post, to the following address:

After the application form is sent (by fax or by post) each participant receives confirmation of registration for the training on the dates as indicated or, if there are no places available, other suggested dates.
